Telemarketer/ Telesales (B2B/ Basic + Monthly Comms/ Career Progression)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective corporate clients to introduce the company's recruitment solutions.
• Prospect and generate new leads through company databases, online research, LinkedIn and other available channels.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the Business Development team with qualified prospects.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients to develop interest and identify new hiring opportunities.
• Maintain and update accurate records of calls, leads, client contacts, follow-up activities and appointment outcomes in the CRM system.
• Achieve assigned daily/weekly call targets, qualified lead targets and appointment-setting KPIs.

Additional Information:

• Minimum Nitec/ Higher Nitec/ Diploma in any related discipline.
• Prior experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, Inside Sales, Customer Service will be advantageous.
• Candidates without experience but with a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.
• Able to handle rejection positively and remain persistent in following up with prospects.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and approaching new corporate clients.
• CEI Certificate will be advantageous; candidates without CEI may also be considered.
