Responsibilities:

• Performing cold calls to the potential clients.
• Calling & Appointment Made as KPI, no sales conversion needed.
• Provides recommendation in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Diligently complete the KPI set by the management.
• Career Development upon good achievement on KPI.
• Work as a team by accomplishing task given.
• You are responsible to submit activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses to keep yourself on the right track.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making outbound/cold calls to potential business clients.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated and target-driven.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to learn and able to handle rejection professionally.
• Basic computer skills and ability to maintain daily call/activity reports.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service or sales will be an advantage.
• Attractive basic salary + commission/incentives based on performance.
