TELEMARKETING AGENTS

About the role

The role involves contacting potential customers, promoting online loan products, and guiding clients through the application process. You will play a critical role in expanding the customer base and helping more Filipinos access financial solutions quickly and securely.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company and pitch loan products.
• Explain product features, benefits, interest rates, repayment terms, and eligibility criteria clearly and persuasively.
• Handle inquiries, objections, and concerns in a professional and respectful manner.
• Assist customers with completing their loan applications.
• Follow up with leads who have expressed interest but have not yet completed the application process.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Record and update call information and customer data in the CRM system accurately.
• Collaborate with the marketing and underwriting teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) regulations related to lending practices.

About you

• At least a Senior High School graduate; a college degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, BPO, or customer service (preferably in lending or financial services).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive and confident phone presence.
• Basic computer literacy; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Goal-oriented and resilient with a positive attitude.
