Key Responsibilities

Customer Relations & Telemarketing

• Conduct follow-ups with customers through phone calls, SMS, online platforms, and other approved communication channels.
• Follow up with customers after unit release and service transactions.
• Provide preventive maintenance reminders and post-service follow-ups.
• Promote available after-sales programs such as insurance assistance, PMS, accessories, and other related services.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers at all times.

2. After-Sales & Service Coordination

• Assist customers in scheduling service appointments.
• Explain available services, basic service procedures, and expected timelines.
• Coordinate with the Service Advisor and Service Department regarding customer appointments and service requirements.
• Monitor customer concerns and satisfaction and properly endorse concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist in preparing reports and updates required by Management or distributors.

Qualification

• Experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales skills are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Customer-focused, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
• Knowledge or passion for motorcycles and the automotive industry is a plus.

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
