Telemarketing & Client Success

• Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to advise clients on suitable business training, courses, and development programs.
• Follow up on enquiries, leads, and existing clients to build long-term relationships and drive repeat sales.
• Manage and grow your own client portfolio using CRM systems.
• Achieve monthly sales targets with attractive incentives and commission schemes.
• Identify new business opportunities and propose creative tele-sales strategies.

Business Education & Consultancy Support

• Understand program modules (leadership, marketing, finance, business strategy, etc.)
• Explain training outcomes clearly to clients.
• Support consultants in preparing proposals for corporate clients.

Marketing & Campaign Collaboration

• Support sales follow-ups from digital marketing campaigns, events, and online enquiries
• Coordinate with internal teams to create promotional materials (brochures, social media packs, event kits).
• Conduct competitor research and gather market insights.

Requirement

• 1–2 years’ experience in telemarketing, sales, consulting, customer service, or education advisory roles
• Strong phone communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Candidates proficient in Chinese are preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
• Able to multitask, stay organised and work independently.
• Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field is an advantage.
