About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telemarketing professional to join DGSOL MARKETING in Kuching, Sarawak. This is a full-time position based in our Kuching office. As a Telemarketing specialist, you will play a crucial role in our customer acquisition and retention strategy, generating leads and driving sales through effective telephone communication.

Key responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to potential customers to identify sales opportunities and generate qualified leads

• Presenting products and services to prospective clients in a persuasive and professional manner

• Building and maintaining relationships with customers through regular contact and follow-up communications

• Recording all customer interactions and transaction details accurately in the company's database system

• Providing product information and answering customer questions to facilitate the sales process

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a similar customer-facing role within a call centre environment

• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate product benefits clearly and persuasively

• Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs and concerns

• Fluency in English and Malay; other languages would be advantageous
