Telemarketing Executive / Inside Sales Executive
5 days (Monday - Friday)
Location: Lavender
Basic Salary: $2600 - $3000

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to manufacturing companies to introduce the company's products and services.
• Generate and qualify potential leads through outbound phone prospecting.
• Identify potential customers and key decision-makers to create new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain an accurate database of prospects and qualified leads.
• Schedule appointments and hand over qualified leads to the sales team for follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and lead status in the CRM system.
• Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation activities and ensure smooth lead handover.
• Achieve daily and monthly call and lead generation targets while delivering a professional customer experience.

Requirements:

• Wiling to learn, Training is Provided
• Comfortable making outbound calls and communicating with all types of business contacts
• No product selling or closing is required, the role focuses on lead generation and appointment setting
