Telemarketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming sales enquiries and provide professional customer support.
• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and lead follow-up.
• Prepare timely and competitive freight quotations for import and export shipments.
• Follow up on quotations and convert prospects into confirmed bookings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Coordinate import and export shipments with the relevant stakeholders as and when required

Job Requirements:

·         Fresh graduates with a background in logistics are encouraged to apply

·         At least 1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding or related industry experience

·         Good communication and coordination skills

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Words, Excel, Power Point)

·         Detail-oriented and organized

·         Able to work independently and with a team
