About the role

As a Telemarketing Executive, you will play an important role in developing new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential corporate and business customers
• Introduce and promote company's professional security solutions
• Identify potential customers and generate qualified sales leads
• Arrange appointments for the Sales Team
• Follow up with prospects via telephone and WhatsApp
• Maintain accurate daily call, lead and prospect records
• Work closely with the Sales Team to convert opportunities into customers
• Consistently achieve monthly KPIs and sales targets

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 2 years of sales or telemarketing experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confident, professional and positive telephone manner

Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls

Target-driven with a strong desire to succeed

Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia

Basic computer and CRM knowledge

Able to work independently and as part of a Sales Team
