Telemarketing Executive

About the role

As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers and converting enquiries into qualified sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers using company-provided leads
• Introduce the company's services through phone calls and WhatsApp
• Understand customers' requirements and identify suitable solutions
• Follow up consistently with potential customers to maintain engagement
• Schedule appointments or consultations for interested customers where required
• Update customer information and interaction records accurately in the company's CRM or sales system
• Maintain professional communication and provide excellent customer service
• Achieve individual monthly KPIs and telemarketing targets

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who are:

Essential

• Must have full working rights in Malaysia.
• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Able to communicate confidently in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Well-organised with good follow-up skills.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Web).

Preferred

• Experience in telemarketing, customer service, call centre or sales is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
