Telemarketing Internship

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers using provided leads and databases.
• Promote products, services, and ongoing campaigns to generate sales opportunities.
• Follow up with leads and customers to nurture relationships and encourage conversions.
• Achieve assigned call volume, lead generation, and sales targets.
• Support the Telemarketing team in executing sales and customer engagement campaigns.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma, Degree, Short Course, or relevant certification in Marketing/Business Administration / Management/Mass Communication / Public Relations/Customer Service or related fields.
• Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) or relevant customer service certification is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good problem-solving skills.
• Able to work well in a team and interact with customers professionally.
