Telemarketing Manager

About the role

Lead and manage the telemarketing team to achieve sales and lead generation targets. Oversee outbound calling activities, monitor team performance, develop calling strategies, and coach the team to improve productivity and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the telemarketing team and daily outbound activities.
• Monitor KPIs, call quality, productivity, and sales performance.
• Develop strategies to improve lead generation and conversion.
• Coach, train, and motivate team members.
• Prepare performance reports and sales forecasts.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to maximize business opportunities.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and improve telemarketing processes.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.

• At least 10 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, outbound sales, or contact center operations.

• Proven managerial/team leadership experience.

• Experience in B2B, Trading & Distribution, Manufacturing, Chemicals, Food Ingredients, Pharmaceutical, Animal Nutrition/Feed, or other industrial/technical products is an advantage.

• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and negotiation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in a target-driven sales environment.
