Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Telesales Executive to join our corporate insurance team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining various insurance products (General/Company), and converting leads into policies. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator who can build rapport quickly and navigate technical policy details with ease.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Conversion: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads to promote insurance products.
• No Policy Consultation and no product recommendation needed (handle by local sales team)
• Relationship building and feedback gathering.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all calls, customer feedback, and sales progress in the CRM system.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Proven track record in telesales, telemarketing, or a customer-facing sales role—ideally within the insurance or financial services sector.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex insurance terms in simple language.
• Resilience: A high level of persistence and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and basic Microsoft Office tools.

• Number of daily/weekly outbound calls.
• Number of leads opportunity refer to sales teams
• Conversion rate (leads to bound policies).
