Telemetry Nurse - FT Days

Role Overview: This position is for an Inpatient Registered Nurse (PCU/Step-Down/Tele RN) responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering patient care in a small-format hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide age-specific, developmentally appropriate nursing care, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Follow physician orders and maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Adhere to infection control, isolation procedures, and aseptic techniques.
• Collect laboratory samples, perform lab testing, and assist with diagnostic or treatment procedures.
• Manage admission, discharge, and transfer processes.
• Assemble supplies and equipment for procedures and assist as needed.
• Perform quality assessment activities, attend meetings, and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate’s Degree or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred.
• Current registered nurse licensure without sanctions.
• Minimum of 2 years of full-time RN experience in Telemetry/ICU or related healthcare roles.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS or ENPC preferred.
• Fluency in English, both written and oral.
• For Pennsylvania candidates, background clearances must be completed or obtained prior to employment.
