Estamos em busca de um(a) Teleoperador(a) para realizar atendimento ao cliente por telefone, esclarecendo dúvidas, realizando vendas e resolvendo problemas.
Responsabilidades
- Realizar atendimento telefônico de forma cordial e eficiente
- Esclarecer dúvidas dos clientes sobre produtos e serviços
- Realizar vendas e negociações por telefone
- Registrar informações e atualizar sistemas de atendimento
- Realizar follow-up de atendimentos
Requisitos
- Experiência anterior em atendimento ao cliente
- Boa comunicação verbal e escrita
- Capacidade de negociação
- Conhecimento básico de informática
Pagamento: R$1.700,00 - R$5.000,00 por mês
