Telephone Operator

TRYP by Wyndham Abu Dhabi is looking for a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Telephone Operator to join our team.

Job Description

• Answer all incoming hotel calls in a polite and professional manner.
• Transfer calls to the correct department or staff member.
• Take and relay guest messages accurately.
• Handle guest requests and coordinate with the relevant departments.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services.
• Handle wake-up calls and other telephone services.
• Maintain proper records of guest requests when required.
• Follow hotel communication and guest service standards.

Requirements

• Must be currently in the UAE.
• Candidates willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi are welcome to apply.
• Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
• Pleasant and professional telephone manner.
• Good listening and communication skills.
• Guest-focused and able to work well under pressure.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: AED 1,200 + Company Shared Accommodation
OR
AED 1,200 + AED 500 HRA
