Salary: $15,650 (excluding overtime pay)
Employment Period: 24 Months full time
Location: Hong Kong Central and western district
Weekly Working Hours: 41 hours
Work Days: 5.5 days per week
Daily Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday : 9:30 - 18:00 (including 1 hour of meal/rest break)
- Saturday: 9:30 - 13:00 (no meal/ rest break)
- Shift work not required
Duties
Receiving incoming calls
Providing customer services, handling enquiries
conducting telephone surveys
Telemarketing
Marketing Research and data collections
No need to supervise subordinates
Requirements
Language: Spoken Cantonese, English, Tagalog
Secondary 3,
1 year related experience required
(No Skill test is required, including but not limited to written test, computer skill test such as typing. use of word processing software, skill test on machinery equipment opertaion, etc.)
