Telephone Operator

Telephone operator required to work as part of a small team on a rotating shift basis average of 30hrs a week. This would be an average of 4 shifts a week a variety of early, mid and late shifts including weekends and bank holidays. The role includes taking bookings by phone, answering emails and answering general enquiries. Applicants should have a good local knowledge, have good keyboard and admin skills, work well under pressure, be reliable, be committed to customer service with good communication. Experience preferred but not essential.
