Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations
• Transfer calls to the appropriate hotel departments or personnel
• Record and relay messages accurately
• Maintain a polite, welcoming, and professional tone in all communications
• Support front office and administrative tasks as needed
• Follow hotel standards and protocols for guest communication

Required Skills Soft Skills:

• Excellent English communication (verbal and written) and professional, hospitable demeanor
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to handle multiple calls efficiently while staying calm and patient under pressure
• Quick learner, proactive, and adaptable to changing tasks and shift schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
