Telephone Operator

Do you have a clear speaking voice, great communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service? We are looking for a Telephone Operator to be the friendly voice that connects our guests to outstanding experiences.

Key Functions:

• Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and messages efficiently.
• Coordinate with various hotel departments to fulfill guest needs.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, wake-up requests, and other communications.
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Follow proper telephone etiquette and uphold hotel communication standards.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.
• Previous experience in customer service or hotel front office is a plus.
• Familiarity with telephone systems and basic computer use.
• Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Can work in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City
• Available to start immediately
