Telephone Operator / Receptionist

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and manage the PABX telephone system, handling incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, documents, and courier services.
• Maintain accurate records of postal and revenue stamps.
• Receive and check incoming goods and ensure all relevant documents are properly recorded and forwarded to the Accounting Department.
• Provide general reception and administrative support as required.

Requirements

• Diploma degree or equivalent qualification.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Professional, well-presented, and customer-oriented.
• Friendly, confident, and able to communicate effectively.
• Candidates residing in or around Kelapa Gading or Sunter are preferred.
