What You'll Be Doing

• Building relationships with existing customers.
• Managing your own portfolio of accounts and sales opportunities.
• Making outbound sales calls to both warm and prospective customers.
• Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products and services.
• Growing revenue through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Managing the full sales process from initial conversation through to close.
• Working towards achievable KPIs and sales targets within a supportive team environment.

What We're Looking For

• At least 12 months' experience in outbound telesales, internal sales, account management or B2B sales.
• A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Confidence handling objections and converting opportunities into sales.
• A positive, resilient and self-motivated approach.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service and business growth.
