Role & responsibilities
- Generate leads through outbound calling and follow-up with existing and prospective customers.
- Invite customers to the branch for a detailed discussion.
- Understand customer financial needs, goals, and requirements.
- Explain and recommend suitable insurance and financial plans based on customer needs.
- Convert branch visits into business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with customers for documentation, policy issuance, renewals, and additional business.
- Maintain regular customer relationships and provide ongoing support.
- Maintain daily calling, lead, conversion, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the branch and operations teams to ensure smooth processing.
