What they need
Position Title: Telesales Agent
Pioneering Account
Work Setup: ONSITE | IT Park Cebu City
Schedule: Midshift (shifting schedule)
This role will perform the daily overseas customer sales and follow-up work.
Responsibilities will include:
Responding to customers through WhatsApp
Making outbound calls to customers
Identifying the customer’s preferences and need requirements
Conducting sales discussions and continuous follow-up
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in outbound telesales (B2C/B2B), with a proven track record in appointment setting.
Experience in Vehicle sales is preferred
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage prospective customers.
Confident using CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records.
Goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Willing to work onsite and flexible schedules, if required.
