Telesales Agent

Key Responsibilities:

Contact potential customers by phone, introduce the company’s cash loan and installment products, and drive customers to complete registration, document submission, and application steps. The core objective is to improve application conversion and submission volume.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous experience in telesales, outbound sales, or call center sales is required.
• Experience selling financial products such as loans, insurance, credit cards, or handling e-commerce conversion campaigns is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to proactively engage customers and drive application completion.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls while meeting strict performance targets and KPIs.
• Results-driven mindset with a positive attitude toward target-based performance assessments.
• Senior High School graduate or higher.
• FRES GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY. Training will be provided for qualified candidates.
• Able to communicate effectively and independently in English over the phone.
• Prior experience in telesales, outbound calling, customer acquisition, or sales conversion is preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency, including the use of spreadsheets ,system remarks and notes.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
