Telesales Agent

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns.
• Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and close deals.
• Qualify leads by assessing their needs, identifying opportunities, and providing solutions.
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management for sales performance.

Job Requirements :

• 0.6-3 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment with a focus on telesales or customer service.
• Strong communication skills with excellent voice quality for effective phone conversations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in lead qualification techniques to convert prospects into paying customers.
