Job Title: Telesales Executive (Malayalam Speaking)Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products and services, generating leads, and closing sales over the phone. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for achieving sales targets. Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
• Generate new sales opportunities and convert leads into customers.
• Follow up with customers to close sales and maintain relationships.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM/database.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Prepare call reports and update sales activities.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams when required.

Required Skills

• Fluency in Malayalam (Mandatory).
• Good communication skills in English (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to achieve sales targets.
• Good listening and customer service skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Email).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Higher Secondary (Plus Two) or Diploma.
• Bachelor's degree is an added advantage.
• Freshers are welcome; prior telesales or customer service experience is preferred.

Experience

• 0–2 years in Telesales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales.
