Telesales Agent (Must be based in Myanmar)

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telesales Customer Service Representative who is fluent in Burmese to join our growing team. The successful candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, promote products/services, and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction for our Burmese-speaking client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers in Burmese and English
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about products/services
• Promote and upsell relevant products or services during customer interactions
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly KPIs related to call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
• Follow company scripts, compliance guidelines, and quality standards during all calls
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage retention and loyalty

Requirements

• Fluent in Burmese (spoken and written); good command of English is a plus
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales, customer service, or a call center environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining quality service
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems)
• Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work shifting schedules, if required
