What they need
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat (D3/S1 menjadi nilai tambah)
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Telesales, Sales Admin, atau Customer Service B2B minimal 1 tahun
- Terbiasa melakukan follow up dan akuisisi customer B2B (perusahaan, toko, instansi, atau reseller)
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, persuasif, dan profesional melalui telepon maupun WhatsApp
- Terbiasa bekerja dengan target penjualan dan berorientasi pada hasil
- Mampu melakukan administrasi penjualan (input data customer, penawaran, laporan penjualan) dengan rapi dan teliti
- Menguasai Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel/Spreadsheet menjadi nilai tambah)
- Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim
- Memiliki sikap disiplin, jujur, dan bertanggung jawab
- Memahami alur penjualan B2B menjadi nilai tambah
