About Uniting for Health

Uniting for Health produces engaging health and community magazines in partnership with healthcare charities and organisations across the UK. Our publications combine vital wellbeing advice with community stories, giving trusted local businesses the opportunity to promote their services. As we expand, we are looking for a motivated Telesales Appointment Setter to join our Bispham team.

About the Role

This is an outbound B2B appointment making role. You will research and contact local business owners, introduce our projects, and secure qualified appointments for our Project Managers, who will then present the advertising opportunities in full.

What You'll Be Doing

• Making outbound B2B calls to local business owners and key decision-makers.
• Explaining the purpose of our magazines and building genuine interest.
• Booking qualified appointments and maintaining accurate records on our CRM.
• Working towards agreed daily appointment and activity targets.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in telesales, B2B sales, or appointment setting (magazine/media sales is a major plus, but not essential).
• Excellent telephone communication skills and the confidence to handle cold calls.
• A positive, resilient attitude with the ability to quickly build rapport.
• Motivation, results-focus, and strong organizational skills.
