Telesales Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Tele Sales Assistant to join our clients team at our Wingfield office.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this is a varied role involving telesales, customer service, order processing, data entry and general administration.

About the role:

• Making and receiving inbound and outbound calls to customers
• Contacting customers to place and confirm orders
• Processing and entering customer orders accurately
• Following up customer enquiries
• Completing general administrative tasks as required
• Assisting with some reception duties
• Providing professional and friendly customer service
• Supporting the Sales Manager and wider team as required

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar telesales, sales or customer service role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with computers and accurate data entry skills
• High attention to detail
• A professional and friendly telephone manner
• A reliable and positive approach to work
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
