Telesales Associate

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle international client calls to resolve queries and concerns professionally.
• Process orders, address product/service inquiries, and offer effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records using CRM software.
• Meet daily/weekly call handling, sales conversion rate, and quality standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives efficiently.

Job Requirements :

• Fluency in spoken English (Business English) with strong communication skills is essential.
• Experience in international calling or voice process is preferred.
• A strong understanding of business English vocabulary and grammar rules is required.
• Ability to work rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary.
• Familiarity with CRM software and its applications is desirable.
