• Experience in telesales, inside sales, telecalling, or customer-facing sales is preferred
• Education: HSC graduate.
• Industry Preference: D2C, beauty, skincare, FMCG, or consumer brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate sales and conversions.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Follow up with leads across the sales funnel.
• Handle objections, negotiate, persuade, and close sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales/revenue targets.
• Maintain customer, lead, order, and conversion records using CRM tools.
• Communicate product benefits, pricing, offers, and promotions.
• Earn weekly performance-based incentives.

Ideal Candidate

A high-energy, target-driven and customer-focused salesperson with:

• Strong verbal communication and active listening.
• Good persuasion, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and sales targets.
• Customer-first approach and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.
• Ownership mindset and comfort with a rotational-off schedule.
