Telesales Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a Telesales Executive who will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers, understanding their requirements, generating interest in our HR technology and services, and converting qualified leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce HubotX solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and identify relevant HRMS, payroll, compliance, or HR service needs.
• Generate and qualify leads through telephone conversations, email, and online research.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and key differentiators clearly.
• Schedule product demonstrations or meetings with the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain the sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM.
• Achieve defined daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Build positive relationships with prospects and handle basic objections professionally.

Requirements

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners, HR professionals, and decision-makers.
• Basic understanding of sales and lead-generation processes.
• Confident, persistent, and target-oriented.
• Good listening and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
