- Menjelaskan layanan perusahaan, seperti proses pembelian barang, pengiriman, customs, hingga barang diterima di Indonesia.
- Mengidentifikasi kebutuhan calon customer terkait produk atau barang yang ingin diimpor dari China.
- Memberikan informasi terkait proses, dan layanan impor sesuai kebutuhan customer.
- Melakukan follow-up secara aktif terhadap leads yang masuk.
- Menangani pertanyaan dan keberatan customer terkait proses impor.
- Melakukan negosiasi dan mengarahkan calon customer hingga terjadi transaksi.
- Mencatat dan memperbarui database serta status follow-up customer.
