Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads and databases.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of calls, sales, and customer information in the CRM system.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge to better serve customers.
• Participate in team meetings and sales training sessions.
• Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
