Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team and help convert leads into loyal patients. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our clients — guiding them through our services, answering questions, and closing sales with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming leads via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person consultations

Explain treatments, packages, and pricing clearly to potential clients

Follow up on leads promptly and consistently to maximize conversion

Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Accurately log all client interactions and sales in the CRM/tracking system

Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality

Requirements

Previous sales experience preferred (medical, aesthetic)

Strong communication skills in Arabic (English is an advantage)

Confident, personable, and target-driven attitude

Comfortable using WhatsApp and basic CRM tools

Willing to work in a fast-paced clinic environment

What We Offer

Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,500 + uncapped commission
