We are looking for a well-spoken, confident, and highly communicative Telecaller to join our Interior Design & Construction team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle client interactions professionally.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients regarding interior fit-out and construction services
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups
• Explain company services clearly and professionally
• Schedule meetings between clients and the sales/design team
• Maintain and update customer database and call records
• Follow up with existing clients for feedback and new requirements
• Coordinate with the sales and project team for smooth communication
• Achieve daily/weekly call targets and lead generation goals
• Handle basic client inquiries regarding services and pricing

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills (English mandatory; Arabic/Hindi is an advantage)
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
• Previous experience in telecalling/sales (Interior or Construction field preferred)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM systems
• Positive attitude and professional approach
• Ability to work under targets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
