Russian-Speaking Telesales Specialist – Dubai

**101 Premium Properties** is a well-established real estate company with over **7 years of experience** across the GCC, providing professional property solutions to buyers and investors.

We are looking for a **Russian-Speaking Telesales Specialist** to join our Dubai team.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients and leads.

* Promote and sell residential and investment properties.

* Follow up on leads and convert prospects into clients.

* Explain payment plans, mortgage options, and property details.

* Arrange property viewings and coordinate with the sales team.

* Maintain accurate CRM records and achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

* **Fluent Russian and English is mandatory.**

* Telesales or real estate sales experience is preferred.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Target-driven, confident, and motivated.

* Ability to work full-time on-site in Dubai.
