We are looking for a Global Tourist Visa Specialist to guide clients through international visa applications and promote our range of visa services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and sales skills, a customer-first attitude, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding visa services.
• Advise clients on visa options, required documents, and application procedures for various destinations.
• Convert inquiries into successful sales.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with the visa operations team to ensure timely and accurate processing of applications.
• Stay informed on changing visa policies, embassy guidelines, and global travel requirements.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and client updates for management review.

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong persuasive abilities and a results-driven mindset.
• In-depth understanding of visa procedures for major destinations (Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, etc.).
• Proficient in MS Office
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic, performance-oriented environment.
