We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Female Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience in telesales, customer service, or sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Promote the company's products and services.
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Convert qualified leads into successful sales through effective communication and follow-up.
• Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or sales coordination (preferred).
• Proven ability to convert leads into sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
