About the role

Top Shield Coating is seeking a Telesales professional to join our dynamic sales team on a contract basis. This is an outbound sales position based in Phuket, Thailand, where you will be responsible for generating sales appointments through telephone cold calls. As a Telesales representative, you will be at the forefront of our customer acquisition strategy, playing a vital role in expanding our client base and promoting our green finance solutions to prospective customers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to present Top Shield Coating's products and services
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis
• Handle customer objections professionally and persuasively to close sales
• Provide accurate information about products, pricing and promotional offers to potential customers
• Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and strategies for improved performance
• Meet contractual obligations and reporting requirements as defined by the organisation

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in outbound telesales or a similar customer-facing sales role
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Thai and English with the ability to engage and persuade customers over the telephone
• Strong listening skills and the ability to identify customer needs and pain points
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Fluency in Thai and English is essential
• Resilience and the ability to handle rejection professionally whilst maintaining motivation
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• A positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for selling financial or green energy solutions
• Familiarity with green finance, sustainable investments or environmental products is desirable but not essential
