Telesales

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities, delivering IT and Cloud Technology presentations.
• Promote IT solutions/services via phone and email.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, focusing on new business and customer development.
• Conduct needs analysis and offer tailored pricing structures.
• Acquire new customers through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Prepare and submit monthly sales forecasts.
• Leverage CRM for reporting, measurement, and sales management.

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferably in Computer Science or IT).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in software/technology sales and account management, preferably in Cloud Technology.
• Proven success in account management and new business development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt across Cloud Technology disciplines.
