About the role
This is a full-time position based at Kuchai Entrepreneurs Park, Kuala Lumpur, working from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing and promoting the company's services, and generating leads through follow-up with interested prospects.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Introduce and promote the company's services
- Follow up with interested prospects and generate leads
- Maintain customer records and daily call updates
About you
- Able to communicate confidently in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated, confident and target driven
- Previous experience in telesales or cold calling is an advantage
- Mandarin speaking candidates will have an added advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
