Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized Tele Sales Coordinator to support our sales team, handle customer calls, generate leads, and coordinate sales activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to follow up effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Generate leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Explain products/services to customers and answer their queries.
• Follow up with leads and customers through calls, WhatsApp, or email.
• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments and meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
• Assist the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and provide timely updates.

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office/CRM systems.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with sales targets.
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or sales coordination is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
