- The Telesales Executive will answer phone calls and explain company products and services, contact existing and prospective customers using scripts, resolve customer queries, maintain records of sales calls and deals, take and process product orders, maintain the customer database, communicate with customers via calls, WhatsApp, and email, convert leads into sales, meet daily/monthly targets, conduct outbound calling for lead generation, and maintain accurate records in CRM while building strong customer relationships.
