Telesales Executive

Ayyappar Solutions Private Limited is looking for energetic and result-oriented Telesales Executives to promote and sell ASPL Protection Plans and other company services over phone calls. The candidate should have good communication skills, confidence in handling customers, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through outbound calls.
• Explain ASPL Protection Plans and membership services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plans.
• Follow up with interested customers and close sales.
• Maintain daily call records and customer data.
• Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Coordinate with Team Leaders and Sales Managers for business growth.
• Update CRM and sales reports regularly.

Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
• Good communication skills in Tamil. Additional languages are an advantage.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
