Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
• Promote the Company's Forex trading products, CFDs, and MT5 platform.
• Explain Forex trading services, account features, and available products to potential clients.
• Generate and qualify leads through telephone and other communication channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads and convert qualified prospects into clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate client information and call records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Retention, and Operations teams.
• Handle client questions professionally and provide appropriate information.
• Follow Company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, Sales, or Business Development.
• Previous experience in a Forex Brokerage or Forex Trading company is required.
• Strong understanding of Forex markets, CFDs, MT5, leverage, margin, and trading products.
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and target-oriented approach.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
