Position: Telesales Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.

• Promote and sell credit card and personal loan products.

• Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility to customers.

• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.

• Follow up with interested customers and achieve assigned sales targets.

• Maintain proper customer records and update call details.

Eligibility

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable with telesales and target-based work.

• Languages: Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Hindi.

Salary & Benefits

• CTC: ₹18,800/month

• Take-home: ₹15,500/month

• Training Allowance: ₹2,000

• Incentive Upto 1 lakhs
