Telesales Executive

Etica Marketing Management is looking for an experienced and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team in Business Bay, Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have a strong telesales background, excellent communication skills, and a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the UAE . You will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating sales, following up on leads, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Present and explain company products and services professionally.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Follow up with potential customers through calls and other communication channels.
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
• Build strong and long-term customer relationships.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to maximize conversions.
• Participate in sales campaigns and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of UAE work experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related sales role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident and persuasive telephone manner.
• Strong customer-service and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and energetic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
• Immediate joiners are an advantage.
